Forged steel gate valve
I. Introduction:
The J41H forged steel gate valve has three bonnet design forms. One is the bolted bonnet, in which the valve body and bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, sealed by a spiral wound gasket. Metal ring connection can also be adopted if the customer has special requirements. The second design form is the welded bonnet, in which the valve body and bonnet are connected by threads and fully welded sealed. Full welding connection can also be adopted if the customer has special requirements. The third is the pressure self-sealing bonnet, in which the valve body and bonnet are connected by threads and sealed by an internal pressure self-sealing ring.

4. Self-sealing bonnet
5. Outside screw with yoke
6. Self-adjusting packing follower at both ends;
7. Body back-seal
8. Integral body flanges
9. Butt weld ends in accordance with ANSI/ASME B16.25
10. Ring joint body and bonnet gasket
11. Bolted bonnet with spiral wound gasket, threaded seal, welded bonnet, or self-sealing bonnet.
