High-temperature and high-pressure electric stop valve
I. Introduction:
High-temperature and high-pressure electric stop valves can adopt special structures and corresponding seals according to different pressures and temperatures. The pressure test is carried out at 1.5 times the working pressure to ensure that the valve will not leak under working pressure, and at the same time ensure that the seal will not deform or fail to seal at the corresponding temperature. Welded power station stop valves are one of the most widely used valves in electric power, electrical, mechanical and electrical equipment engineering, and electronic control equipment engineering. Due to their convenient installation, reasonable manufacturing, and economy, they are widely used in pipelines such as power engineering. The J61H/Y type valves produced by our company have beautiful appearance, good sealing performance, high pressure resistance, and convenient disassembly and maintenance, and are well received by both new and old customers.
II. Main Features and Applications:
1. The connection between high-temperature and high-pressure electric stop valves and pipelines adopts a welded structure.
2. The sealing surface is not easy to wear or scratch, with good sealing performance and long service life.
3. Compact structure, good opening and closing performance, small height, and convenient maintenance.
4. Suitable for water, steam, and oil pipelines, with the characteristics of high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance.
III. Manufacturing Standards:
1. The technical conditions for manufacturing and acceptance shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3595 or E101.
2. The structural length of the valve shall comply with the provisions of ANSI B16.10 or E101.
3. The welding groove of the valve body shall comply with the provisions of ANSI B16.25 or the dimensions provided by the user.
