This device is ingeniously installed inside the bottom fluidizer of the injection tank or the bottom fluidizer of the pulverized coal bin. Through the fluidized plate, the gas and the pulverized coal in the bed undergo in-depth mixing and integration, forming a fluidized solid-gas inclusion. This design greatly facilitates the long-distance transportation of pulverized coal.
The fluidized plate, based on technology, is refined from high-performance stainless steel sintered wire mesh. It has extraordinary characteristics: it can withstand high temperatures, resist corrosion, has high mechanical strength and a long service life. Its pores are fine, the air flow is evenly and smoothly distributed among them, and the resistance loss is minimal. This design not only enhances the fluidization effect, but also lays a solid foundation for the stability of the equipment, and has become a key device in dense-phase transportation.
The design concept of this device lies not only in fluidization, but also in energy saving and consumption reduction. It can easily adjust the material conveying volume, making full use of every bit of conveying gas, thus saving a large amount of costs for enterprises. Moreover, the fluidized plate comes in various forms, which can be either fixed-welded or movable (fastened by bolts), and its flexibility meets the needs of different occasions.
In addition, the new type of fluidized plate is made of special 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate. Its circular surface is distributed with cross-shaped long slits, which are perpendicular to the central cross line, providing an effective channel for the concentration of compressed air. The slit gap is precisely controlled at 0.5mm, the slit length is about 20mm, and the spacing is 10mm. It is worth mentioning that the 1×45° chamfer design at the lower edge of the slits makes the compressed air more concentrated in the center of the fluidized injection device, which greatly enhances the suspension and fluidization effect of pulverized coal in the middle, makes the injection of pulverized coal more stable, and greatly improves the working efficiency of the fluidized injection device.
It is worth mentioning that this fluidized plate is made of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, and is elaborately manufactured through processes such as special laminated design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. It not only retains the simple pore structure characteristics of metal woven wire mesh, but also overcomes its problems such as low strength and poor integrity. At the same time, its pore size, permeability and mechanical strength can be reasonably matched and designed according to needs, making it stand out among many fluidized plates and showing excellent comprehensive characteristics.
In short, this device is like a fine literary work, which is not only suitable for new injection systems, but also can optimize and transform existing injection systems, allowing the powder injection and conveying system to operate perfectly.
