The branch pipes of traditional bottle-type and disc-type distributors are mostly horizontally distributed, but in the coal injection system, the pulverized coal conveyed by air flow with a certain pressure will cause greater wear to the equipment. The previous distributors had various problems, such as some having a throat structure leading to large resistance, some having unreasonable inner cavity structure causing pulsation when pulverized coal passes through, resulting in unstable coal injection amount, and some having uneven distribution and severe equipment wear, etc.

Our new pulverized coal distributor recognizes the seriousness of these problems and is designed to solve them. The product consists of a main pipe, a main body (including cone-type, disc-type and bottle-type), and various branch pipes, which are evenly distributed above the main body. Among them, the cone design adopts an inclined nozzle distribution for each branch pipe (such as 90 degrees or 120 degrees), and the coal injection branch pipes (such as 8, 10, 12 pipes, etc.) are evenly distributed around the upper part of the distributor main body. The lower end of the distributor is connected to one end of the coal conveying main pipe, and the upper branch pipes are connected to each pulverized coal lance.
