This stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and can resist the long-term scouring of pulverized coal particles and the harsh environment around the blast furnace.
In terms of structural design, the stainless steel circular panel of this device adopts a cross layout to open long strip gaps, and all gaps are distributed perpendicular to the central cross line. The specific parameters are: the gap is precise to 0.5mm, the length is controlled at about 20mm, the gap spacing is set at 10mm, and the lower edge of the gap is precisely chamfered at 1×45°.
This refined structural design can guide compressed air to spray centrally towards the middle of the device, forming a high-intensity central air flow area, significantly strengthening the suspended fluidization effect of pulverized coal in the middle, effectively preventing pulverized coal from accumulating on the surface of the device, and enabling the pulverized coal to enter the injection pipeline in a fluidized state. This not only ensures the stability and uniformity of the pulverized coal injection volume, but also greatly reduces the risk of equipment blockage, greatly improves the working performance of the fluidized injection device, and provides reliable equipment support for the stable smelting of the blast furnace, reducing the coke ratio and improving production efficiency.
