Z45X, RVHX resilient-seated non-rising stem gate valve with soft seal features a two-body structure for the stem nut and gate, eliminating jamming issues; it has a straight-through passage with no dead-end cavities; the stem seal uses an "O"-ring. It has excellent corrosion resistance, with epoxy resin sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces of the valve body, and enamel lining on the inner surface when required; the connecting bolts are hexagon socket head bolts with top rubber sealing. The reliable hygiene performance is ensured as the epoxy resin meets the hygiene standard GB/T17219-1998, and the gate is fully covered with rubber that meets hygiene inspection requirements; parts such as the stem and stem nut are made of stainless steel or bronze that are not corroded by water. It is applicable to industries such as drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and coal gas, industry, and food.
