Z45X, RVHX valves with soft-sealed, dark rod, elastic seat and sealed gate feature a two-body structure for the valve stem nut and the gate, with no jamming issues; it has a straight channel with no stagnant cavities; the valve stem seal uses an "O" ring. It has excellent corrosion resistance, with epoxy resin sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces of the valve body, and enamel lining on the inner surface when required; the connecting bolts are hexagon socket head bolts with top sealing. The reliable hygienic epoxy resin meets the hygiene standard GB/T17219-1998, and the gate is entirely covered with rubber that meets hygiene inspection requirements; parts such as the valve stem and valve stem nut are made of stainless steel or bronze materials that are not corroded by water. It is suitable for industries such as drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and coal gas, industry, and food processing.
