FTLF-8 Tunnel Intelligent Crack Width Measuring Instrument
1. Overview
The tunnel intelligent crack width measuring instrument is mainly used for automated measurement of cracks in various railway tunnels, and can also be used for crack measurement in highways, dams and other places.
2.Brief Introduction of Principle
This instrument adopts optical image processing technology to conduct rotary scanning and search on the tunnel cross-section, automatically identify and measure the crack width at the internal cross-section of the tunnel. The optical system with automatic zoom and automatic focusing forms an image of the tunnel crack surface on the CCD image sensor, and the width of the crack image is measured through USB digital signal transmission and image processing software. The magnification of the crack image is calibrated by dual laser beams, the actual width of the crack is automatically judged and displayed, and the result data is saved in the form of images and data packets.
