FTPX-2 Seamless Track Displacement Monitor
I.Measurement Principle:
The seamless track displacement monitor measures rail creep using a long-distance non-contact photoelectric conversion method. Specifically, a red paint mark is made at the measured point on the rail, the main unit is installed on the displacement monitoring pile, and the displacement changes of the measuring point are measured (monitored) through the optical imaging system in the main unit. The system can set sampling intervals, and transmit data wirelessly or via cable, making it suitable for unmanned operation.
This system is installed on the displacement monitoring pile, and it is compact with a weight of only 0.8kg. There is no need to install any equipment on the rail, only need to mark the measuring point with red paint, which will not cause any impact on train operation.
Using this product to measure the displacement of seamless track rails reduces the skill requirements for operators, the operation is very simple, time-saving and efficient, and only one person can complete the inspection work independently.
