I. Measurement Principle:

The seamless track displacement observation instrument uses a long-distance non-contact photoelectric conversion method to measure rail creep. The specific method involves marking the measurement point on the rail with red paint, installing the main unit on the displacement observation pile, and monitoring the displacement changes of the measurement point through the optical imaging system in the main unit. The system can set sampling intervals and transmit data wirelessly or via wired connections, making it suitable for unattended operation.

The system is installed on the displacement observation pile, compact in size, weighing only 0.8 kg. No additional equipment needs to be installed on the rail; only a red paint mark is required at the measurement point, ensuring no impact on train operations.

Using this product to measure the displacement of seamless track rails reduces the skill requirements for operators. The operation is very simple, time-saving, and efficient, requiring only one person to complete the inspection independently.
