1. Fixation: The vertically installed busbar slot is fixed by the spring support to prevent it from moving left and right or up and down. To ensure the correct position of the vertically installed busbar slot, the base of the spring support must be positioned with a plumb line before fixing.
2. Load-bearing: The weight of the busbar slot presses on the spring support, causing the spring to compress. The pre-compression force of the spring must be adjusted so that when the busbar slot is in the expected position, the elastic force of the spring is equal to the weight of the busbar slot.
3. After the busbar slot and the bracket are connected and fixed, if the busbar slot is not straight, it can be adjusted by the elastic force of the spring support to straighten it. For example, if the busbar slot deviates to the left, just compress the left spring through the adjusting nut to move the busbar slot to the right for correction, or loosen the right spring to achieve the purpose of straightening.
