Release agent is a water-based solution necessary for mold cooling and product demolding in die casting production. Normally, a large amount of release agent is sprayed onto the mold. Part of the release agent evaporates at high temperature, part is adsorbed on the mold and consumed, and another part flows under the mold and enters the sewage treatment system through the sewage ditch or is directly discharged, which either generates sewage treatment costs or causes environmental pollution; since this part of the release agent contains a relatively large amount of active ingredients, it also causes a lot of waste of resources. The release agent recycling device developed by our company effectively solves the problems affecting the recycling and utilization of release agent such as oil removal, sterilization and filtration, and reduces your production costs and environmental pollution.
The release agent recycling, filtration, purification and reuse device is mainly composed of a coarse filtration system, an oil removal system, a sterilization system, a fine filtration system, a proportioning system and so on. Customers only need to collect the waste release agent in the waste liquid collection tank, and then send it to the on-site proportioning machine or die-casting machine after being treated by our equipment.
