The release agent is an aqueous solution necessary for mold cooling and product demolding in die-casting production. Normally, a large amount of release agent is sprayed onto the mold. Part of the release agent evaporates at high temperatures, part is adsorbed on the mold and consumed, and another part flows under the mold, enters the sewage treatment system through the sewage ditch or is discharged directly, which either generates sewage treatment costs or causes environmental pollution; since this part of the release agent contains relatively more active ingredients, it also causes a lot of waste of resources.
