XFC-2200 Vortex Air Pump Operation
1. Close the air inlet before starting the fan.
2. Check whether all parts of the fan are normal.
3. After the fan runs under the specified load for a period of time, check whether the bearing temperature is normal. When there is no special requirement for the bearing temperature, the temperature rise of the bearing generally shall not exceed 40℃ higher than the ambient temperature.

Precautions
1. Overload will occur when fully closed.
2. Overload will occur when fully open. At this time, use an ammeter to confirm the current value and adjust the buffer. Generally, use it within the rated current.
3. Repeatedly turning the switch on and off within one minute will cause the motor to overheat, which should be avoided.
4. Inverter control - When using an inverter, the power waveform will be distorted, the motor will make loud noise and vibrate greatly. If the temperature rises or the vibration is severe when operating with an inverter, stop the operation. Generally, please use it under the following conditions.
5. The maximum frequency value (rotating speed) must be within the frequency specified on the label and within the rated current.
6. The minimum frequency (rotating speed) shall be above 30 Hz and within the rated current.
7. Single-phase motors cannot be operated with inverters.
Principle
When XFC-2200 Vortex Air Pumpthe impeller rotates, under the action of centrifugal force, the wind vane promotes the gas to move forward and outward, forming a series of spiral motions. The air between the impeller blades spirally accelerates and rotates, and squeezes the gas outside the pump body into the side groove. After it enters the side channel II, the gas is compressed, and then accelerates and rotates again between the impeller blades. When the air passes through the impeller and the side groove along a spiral track, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. With the rotation, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, further increasing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange, the gas is squeezed out of the blades and passes through the air outlet.
