I. Ubutumwa:
Q11F-10S plastic threaded ball valves and butt-weld connected ball valves are divided into one-piece (full-port ball valves), two-piece ball valves and three-piece ball valves. The body of the internal threaded ball valve is cast using Taiwan technology, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The seat of the internal threaded ball valve adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring good sealing performance and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts an under-mounted structure with a back-seal, so that the valve stem will not be flushed out in case of abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity. The connection forms of two-piece ball valves and three-piece ball valves also include butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW), and all can be equipped with standard bracket platforms and locking devices. The internal threaded ball valve can be equipped with a 90° opening and closing positioning mechanism, and a lock can be added as needed to prevent misoperation. The driving methods are manual, electric and pneumatic. Installation and use of ball valves: When connecting the two ends of the flange to the pipeline, tighten the bolts evenly to prevent flange deformation and leakage. Rotating the handle clockwise means closing, and counterclockwise means opening. It can only be used for cutting and passing flow, and is not suitable for flow regulation. Liquids containing hard particles can easily scratch the ball surface. It has excellent strength and toughness, and has excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
II. Imiterere:
1. Inyundo z'umwuka ni nke, kandi ball valves with full bore have almost no flow resistance.
2. The structure is simple, the volume is small, and the weight is light.
3. Sealing is reliable. It has two sealing surfaces, and at present, various plastics are widely used as the material for the sealing surfaces of ball valves, ensuring good sealing performance and achieving complete sealing. It is also widely used in vacuum systems.
4. Operation is convenient, opening and closing are rapid, and it only needs to rotate 90° from fully open to fully closed, which facilitates long-distance control.
5. Maintenance is convenient. The structure of the ball valve is simple, and the sealing rings are generally movable, making disassembly and replacement relatively easy.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and the seat are isolated from the medium, so the medium passing through will not cause erosion of the sealing surfaces of the valve.
7. The scope of application is wide, with bore diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and it can be applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
8. Since ball valves have a wiping effect during the opening and closing process, they can be used for media containing suspended solid particles.
III. Intego:
Internal threaded ball valves and welded ball valves are suitable for pipelines with PN1.0~4.0MPa, working temperature of -29~180℃ (sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29~300℃ (sealing ring is polyphenylene sulfide), used for cutting or connecting the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, they can be respectively suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, etc.
