Micron-level precision, easily handling complex structures
Equipped with a high-performance CO2 laser and a precision motion control system, the minimum processing accuracy can reach 20μm, easily realizing the processing of complex structures such as microchannels, chambers and valves on microfluidic chips. It supports ultra-narrow linewidth engraving of 0.1mm, ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of fluid control.
Non-contact processing, strong material compatibility
The CO2 laser wavelength (10.6μm) has a good absorption rate for non-metallic materials, and is suitable for a variety of microfluidic chip base materials such as acrylic, PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane), PET, glass and ceramics. Non-contact processing avoids mechanical stress, effectively preventing material deformation or contamination, and the yield rate is increased by more than 30%.
Intelligent and efficient, one-click operation
Equipped with dedicated control software, it supports direct import of design files from AutoCAD, CorelDRAW and other software, and automatically generates processing paths. An optional CCD visual positioning system can realize automatic material alignment and reduce manual intervention. The processing speed can reach 3600mm/s, and the single processing time is shortened by 50% compared with traditional processes.
