1.Product Introduction

PVDF resin is regarded as an ideal material for microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes due to its excellent chemical resistance, mechanical toughness, and durability. Since suspension PVDF resin is soluble in conventional solvents and has good processing and molding properties, as well as high bulk density, it can meet the requirements of both NIPS and TIPS membrane manufacturing processes.

We offer a series of PVDF resins for users to choose from. 2212 is a suspension resin with relatively low molecular weight, low viscosity, and good solubility, suitable for high-flux products. 2215 has a medium molecular weight and viscosity, applicable to both support and homogeneous systems. 2220 has a high molecular weight and high viscosity, used for high-strength products.

2.Product Labeling, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

2.1 Product Labeling

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

2.2 Product Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net content of (25±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum should include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, and production date. Special packaging can be arranged upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer.

2.3 Product Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

2.4 Product Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
