1.Product Introduction

PVDF 2320 resin has high tensile strength, excellent toughness, hardness, and wear resistance. With a melting temperature of approximately 170°C, it offers outstanding melt processing performance and can be molded, extruded, and injection-molded using standard industrial forming equipment.

Suitable for the preparation of pumps, valves, pipes, sheet linings, films, wire sheathing, and various profiles.

2.Main Features

Weather resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, UV resistance, excellent dielectric properties, and excellent corrosion resistance.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2 Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (25±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging can be arranged upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer.

3.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4 Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
