PTFE Micropowder for Lubricating Oil and Grease

1.Product Introduction

Adding PTFE micropowder to lubricating oils and greases can improve the high-pressure and high-temperature lubrication properties of the materials. Even when the base oil is depleted, PTFE micropowder can still function as a dry lubricant and self-lubricating agent.

Adding PTFE micropowder to silicone oil, mineral oil, rosin, or paraffin oil can increase the oil's viscosity, resulting in a higher quality lubricant. The amount of PTFE micropowder added depends on the viscosity of the base oil and the required consistency and application of the lubricant, typically ranging from 5% to 30% by mass fraction.

It is currently widely used in ball bearings, wear-resistant bearings, lubricating guides, sliding rods, open gears, chemical equipment valves, sealing pastes for precision machined surfaces, and more.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2 Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (25±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, production date, etc. Special packaging requirements shall be agreed upon between the supplier and the buyer.

3.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4 Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
