JF-4DCM PTFE Dispersion

1.Product Introduction

Concentrated PTFE emulsion for coating, impregnation, and other uses. This product is a liquid, a dispersed concentrate of polymerized tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of non-ionic surfactants, with a polytetrafluoroethylene solid content of approximately 60% (wt). Products treated with this dispersed concentrate exhibit exceptional chemical corrosion resistance, such as resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents, as well as outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance, and wear resistance. The long-term service temperature range is -200°C to +250°C. It also has excellent electrical insulation properties, unaffected by temperature and frequency.

Recommended for use in (but not limited to) impregnation of glass fibers, asbestos, and production of high-end non-stick coatings.

3.Product Labeling, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Product Labeling

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Product Packaging

This product should be packaged in sealed plastic drums, with a net content of (25±0.1) kg per drum.

3.3 Product Storage

1. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, with containers kept tightly closed.
2. If not used up within three months, shake it once a week to avoid sedimentation.

3.4 Product Transportation

This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation. Avoid severe shaking, high temperatures, direct sunlight, and rough ground transportation during transit.
