PTFE (Emulsion) JF-4DCA

1.Product Introduction

Concentrated tetrafluoroethylene emulsion, used for coating, impregnation, etc. This product is a liquid, which is a dispersed concentrate of polymerized tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of non-ionic surfactants, with a polytetrafluoroethylene solid content of about 60% (wt). Products treated with the dispersed concentrate exhibit excellent chemical corrosion resistance, such as resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, etc., outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance, and wear resistance, with a long-term use temperature range of -200°C to +250°C. It also has excellent electrical insulation properties, unaffected by temperature and frequency.

3.Product Labeling, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Labeling

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Product Packaging

This product should be packaged in sealed plastic drums, with a net content of (25±0.1) kg per drum.

3.3 Product Storage

1. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, keeping the container tightly closed.
2. If not used up within three months, shake it once a week to avoid sedimentation.

3.4 Product Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, avoid severe shaking, high-temperature exposure to sunlight, and bumpy ground transport.

4.Main Applications

Impregnation of glass fiber, asbestos, etc., particularly suitable for the production of medium to high-grade non-stick coatings.
