1.Product Introduction

Polyvinylidene fluoride combines the characteristics of both fluororesin and general-purpose resin. In addition to excellent chemical corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weather resistance, and radiation resistance, it also possesses special properties such as piezoelectricity, dielectricity, and thermoelectricity.

Its chemical structure features fluorine-carbon bonds, which form the most stable and robust combination with hydrogen ions due to their short-bond nature. It not only exhibits strong wear resistance and impact resistance but also demonstrates high resistance to fading and ultraviolet radiation in extremely harsh and severe environments.

Its fine particle composition allows it to be mixed into the desired application system using traditional mixing equipment.

3.Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, etc.

3.2 Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net weight of (20±0.2) kg per drum. Each drum shall include a product certificate containing the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net weight, and production date. Special packaging requirements shall be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.

3.3 Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and kept free from moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4 Transportation

This product is classified as non-hazardous for transportation. It should be protected from moisture and severe vibration during transit.
