1.Product Introduction

Modified PTFE with an average particle size ranging from approximately 450~650 μm, product melting point between 321~325°C, standard specific gravity between 2.140~2.168, moisture content ≤0.03%. The product exhibits excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and chemical permeability resistance.

Product Marking, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

3.1 Marking

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

3.2 Product Packaging

Packaged in double-layer polyethylene bags, with outer packaging in moisture-proof rigid paper drums. Each drum has a net content of (20±0.1) kg.

3.3 Product Storage

The product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry warehouse to prevent resin agglomeration and contamination by moisture, dust, and other impurities.

3.4 Product Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, avoid severe vibration, high temperature, direct sunlight, and rough ground transport to prevent resin agglomeration.

4.Main Applications

JF-4DE10: Used as a substitute for PFA in the processing of heat exchanger tube bundles, offering good welding performance.
JF-4DE11: Mainly used for the extrusion processing of oil pipeline tubes.
