2.Product Introduction

Concentrated PTFE emulsion for coating, impregnation, etc. This product is a liquid, which is a dispersion concentrate of polymerized tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of non-ionic surfactants, with a polytetrafluoroethylene solid content of about 60% (wt). Products treated with the dispersion concentrate exhibit excellent chemical corrosion resistance, such as resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, etc., outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance, and wear resistance, with a long-term use temperature range of -200℃ to +250℃. It also has excellent electrical insulation properties, unaffected by temperature and frequency.

4.Product Labeling, Packaging, Storage, and Transportation Instructions

4.1 Labeling

The packaging drum of this product should have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

4.2 Packaging

This product should be packaged in sealed plastic drums, with a net content of (25±0.1) kg per drum.

4.3 Storage

1. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, keeping the container tightly closed.
2. If not used up within three months, shake it once a week to avoid sedimentation.

4.4 Transportation

This product is non-hazardous for transportation. Avoid severe shaking, high-temperature exposure, sunlight, and bumpy ground transportation during transit.

JF-4DCW: Impregnation of glass fiber, asbestos, etc., production of plastic flame retardants.
JF-4DCA: Impregnation of glass fiber, asbestos, etc., especially suitable for the production of medium and high-grade non-stick coatings.
JF-4DCD: Suitable for impregnation of glass fiber cloth, asbestos, etc.
JF-4DCB: Impregnation of glass fiber cloth, mesh cloth.
JF-D202: Impregnation of glass fiber, asbestos, etc., production of high-grade non-stick coatings.
JF-4DCF: Impregnation of glass fiber, asbestos, etc., production of high-grade non-stick coatings (PFOA-free).
