Product Overview:

Erucamide is non-toxic, insoluble in water, and soluble in many organic solvents such as ethanol. It has a special interfacial lubricating effect. It offers excellent external lubrication, especially when combined with other lubricants, showing significant synergistic effects. It has strong anti-adhesion, anti-blocking, anti-static, and dispersing properties. Although it is compatible with polyolefins at high temperatures, its compatibility decreases significantly as the temperature drops, so caution should be exercised during use.

Product Applications:

Function: Provides excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, anti-adhesion, and enhances surface smoothness and gloss for inks. Prevents ink surface wear caused by film friction during high-speed printing, thereby improving printing results.

Scope of Application: Erucamide is the ideal slip and anti-blocking agent for films; a lubricant for photographic sensitive materials (coatings); an additive for cigarette filter membranes; an anti-adhesion, anti-blocking, and slip agent for surface printing (composite) inks, eliminating ink transfer to rollers during high-speed printing, offering excellent anti-blocking and lubrication; a lubricant and dispersant for toners and color pastes; an excellent additive for functional masterbatches; a leveling and slip agent for coatings and paints; a modifier and melting point adjuster for waxes; a processing aid for engineering plastics; a textile softener; a lubricant additive, etc. Widely used in inks, coatings, dyes, high-grade lubricants, rubber, plastics, and other fields.
