Emulsifier - Polymerized Plant Ester (PT-11)

I. Product Usage

Polymerized Plant Ester (PT-11) is an environmentally friendly surfactant primarily polymerized from non-toxic and harmless materials such as rice, sugarcane fruit syrup, etc. It is an excellent food-grade raw material with outstanding environmental performance, theoretically meeting direct discharge standards! It can be used in foam-free spray cleaning and is resistant to high alkalinity, causing no corrosion to metals during the cleaning process. PT-11 can be combined with C-201 TCP to produce foam-free cleaning agents and degreasing powders.

Polymerized Plant Ester is a colorless (pale yellow) transparent viscous liquid, easily soluble in water but difficult to dissolve in organic solvents. It is resistant to acids and alkalis, has good thermal stability, and no obvious incompatible chemical substances. Commonly known as a "chameleon," its effective ester content is 70%. The relative density ranges between 1.3-1.5, and it has a special fragrance. PT-11 can be combined with C-201 TCP to produce foam-free cleaning agents and degreasing powders.
