C-201 Non-Foaming Surfactant

I.    Main Features and Applications

1.    Spray cleaning works best at temperatures above 10°C, with no foam, strong degreasing power, acid and alkali resistance, and meets the requirements for high-pressure spray degreasing and cleaning.

2.    Nonionic surfactant, 99% content industry-leading product, silicone-free self-defoaming and self-foam suppression characteristics, excellent degreasing and cleaning power. It also has excellent compatibility enhancement, improving the compatibility of other emulsifiers and inorganic salts, making it another foam-free and highly effective cleaning raw material in the detergent industry!

3.    Superb washability, compatibility, wettability, and emulsification, with extremely strong degreasing and oil removal capabilities for various oil stains, high efficiency, and excellent durability.

4.    Non-toxic; environmentally friendly; no unpleasant odor.

5.    When combined with conventional additives (sodium hydroxide, soda ash, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, trisodium phosphate, etc.), it forms a high-quality degreasing cleaner that meets the requirements of various room-temperature spray oil removal cleaning production lines.

4.      Cleaning rate (0.5% C-201 + 1% inorganic salt aqueous solution, spray cleaning, 30°C ± 2°C): ≥95%

5.      Foam performance (mm): ≤10  10°C ± 1°C

6.      Water solubility (room temperature): No precipitates

***    Recommended dosage in liquid detergent formulations is 1–8%. Use in combination with C-200 low-foam surfactant for better results!

III     Packaging and Storage

1．    Packed in plastic drums, 230 kg/drum.

2．   Store in a cool, ventilated place. Handle and transport as a general chemical.

3．     Shelf life: 24 months.
