White Alkali Oil Remover King - Dispersant NOF (Powder)

Dispersant NOF is a phosphorus-free, nitrogen-free, VOC-free polymeric organic solid surfactant with excellent dispersion, emulsification, detergency, foaming, and wetting properties, and is insensitive to hard water. It is a non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free "three-free" new anionic surfactant. It performs exceptionally well in industrial cleaning formulations, metal rust prevention, and the removal of oil, particulate, and fiber stains, particularly excelling in medium to high temperature and high alkaline environments. Its cleaning power increases diagonally with rising environmental temperature!

Main Applications
1. In electroplating and electrolytic industrial cleaning, it ensures more uniform plating layers without dendritic patterns or turtle patterns.              
2. As a medium to high temperature rapid degreasing and defatting powder solid surfactant, the finished product is dry and not prone to caking. It shows exceptionally outstanding cleaning performance when compounded with nonionic surfactants and in high alkaline environments.
3. Acts as a pH stabilizer and has thickening effects.  
3. Used in pre-treatment cleaning for cathodic electroplating and electrophoretic painting to improve cleaning efficiency in gaps, deep holes, and tightly fitted parts of workpieces.

Packaging and Storage
1. Packaging: Inner plastic film lining, outer paper drum packaging.
2. Specification: 25Kg±0.5kg.
3. Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Transport as general chemicals.
4. Note: If moisture causes caking, it can be crushed or prepared into a solution without affecting its appearance or performance.
