I. Product Applications:

1, Widely used in water-based cleaning agents, glass cleaners, precision parts cleaning, spray cleaning, metal surface grinding and polishing, etc.! Its excellent emulsifying, wetting, and saponifying properties play a powerful role in cleaning, grinding, electroplating, and other applications, with extensive industrial uses; it is involved in almost all industries!

2, A strong substitute for phosphated amine esters or other alkaline amine substances; phosphorus-free; low odor; non-toxic; has a buffering effect on pH value;

3, Due to the foam-free characteristics of ethanolamine esters, it can also be used in foam-free or low-foam spray cleaning, with performance far surpassing that of general silicone polyether foam-free surfactants!

II. Product Performance:

1, Ethanolamine ester (polyamine ester) is composed of polyester-based organic compounds, biodegradable, low odor, non-volatile, free of phosphorus and heavy metals, and is known as a green new generation in surfactants;

2, Excellent for rust removal, precision part surface polishing, and dissolving metal surface oxides (microscopic world);

3, Superior emulsifying, wetting, and saponifying properties;

4, As this raw material does not produce foam during use, it is widely used by many users as a foam-free surfactant (infinitely soluble in water, no floating or suspended matter). Its overall performance is far superior to commercially available silicone polyether foam-free surfactants!

IV.  Usage Recommendations:

1. Recommended dosage 3-10% (by mass);

2. The usage ratio can be appropriately increased based on different formulations (e.g., glass cleaners; precision water-based cleaning agents), etc.

V. Packaging and Storage: 230 kg plastic drum. This product is not a flammable or explosive hazardous material. Store in a well-ventilated, dry environment at 5-40°C, avoid coexistence with acids, alkalis, and oxidizers; seal the container after use; shelf life 12 months.
