Dispersant NNF is a phosphorus-free natural polymeric polymer with superior dispersing and emulsifying properties. An essential ingredient for phosphorus-free black alkali degreaser!

It exhibits varying degrees of dispersibility due to differences in molecular weight and functional groups. As an excellent surfactant, it can adsorb onto the surfaces of various solid particles and perform metal ion complex exchange. Its structure contains various active groups, enabling condensation reactions or hydrogen bonding with other compounds.

Applications

1. Used in electroplating and electrolysis to ensure uniform plating without dendritic patterns.

2. Serves as a dispersing aid in the leather tanning industry.

3. Functions as a flotation agent in mineral processing, a binder for ore powder smelting, and a binder for briquetted coal.

4. Used as a compound additive in detergent degreasing powders.

5. Applied in cathodic electroplating, electrophoretic cleaning, and spraying.

Usage Method

Combine with various inorganic salts (sodium hydroxide, soda ash) to formulate high-quality degreaser and electroplating degreasing powder. Recommended formulation content: 8-15%.

Packaging and Storage

1. Typically packaged with inner plastic film and outer paper drum, net weight 25Kg ± 0.5kg per bag.

2. Non-toxic and non-flammable. Store in a dry place, protected from rain and moisture. If caking occurs, it can be crushed or dissolved into solution without affecting performance.
