[Product Applications]
The electric flat gate valves produced by the group are sliding valves with parallel gate plates as closing parts. The closing parts can be single gate plates or double gate plates with a spreading mechanism between them. The pressing force of the gate plate against the valve seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate plate or floating valve seat. For double gate plate flat gate valves, the spreading mechanism between the two gate plates can supplement this pressing force.
[Product Classification]
Flat gate valves can be classified into manual flat gate valves, pneumatic flat gate valves and electric flat gate valves according to the driving mode. According to their purposes and application occasions, they can be divided into flat gate valves with diversion holes, flat gate valves without diversion holes, oilfield flat gate valves, pipeline flat gate valves, gas flat gate valves and so on.
[Structural Features]
This series of products adopts a new type of floating sealing structure, which is suitable for pipelines carrying oil products, natural gas and other media with a pressure not greater than 15.0MPa and a temperature ranging from -29 to 121℃, as a device for controlling the opening, closing and regulation of media. The product has novel structural design, proper material selection, strict testing and easy operation, with strong corrosion resistance, wear resistance and erosion resistance. It is an ideal new-type equipment in the petroleum industry.
1. Adopts floating valve seats, supports two-way opening and closing, with reliable sealing and flexible opening and closing.
2. All gate plates are precisely guided by guide strips, and hard alloy is sprayed and welded on the sealing surfaces to resist erosion.
3. The valve body has high load-bearing capacity, and the passage is straight-through. When fully opened, it is贯通 with the diversion hole of the gate plate, similar to a straight pipe, with very small flow resistance. The valve stem adopts composite packing and multiple seals, which ensures reliable sealing and low friction.
4. When closing the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise, and the gate plate moves down to the bottom. Under the action of medium pressure, the inlet end sealing seat is pushed toward the gate plate, forming a large sealing specific pressure, thus forming a primary seal. At the same time, the gate plate is pressed against the outlet end sealing seat, forming a double seal.
5. Due to the adoption of double seals, vulnerable parts can be replaced without affecting the normal operation of the pipeline. This is an important feature that distinguishes our company's products from similar products at home and abroad.
6. When opening the gate plate, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise, and the gate plate moves upward. The diversion hole is贯通 with the passage hole. With the rising of the gate plate, the through hole gradually enlarges. When reaching the limit position, the diversion hole coincides with the passage hole, and the valve is fully opened at this time.
