Nonionic Polyacrylamide PAM

I. Product Characteristics

Nonionic polyacrylamide is a high molecular weight, low ionic polymer with functions including flocculation, dispersion, thickening, adhesion, film formation, gelation, and colloidal stabilization. Its flocculation performance is less affected by pH and salts, and it outperforms anionic polyacrylamide in acidic wastewater treatment.

1. Coal washing and selection: Used for centrifugal separation of coal washing tailings, in the sedimentation and filtration of coal powder and slurry, improving coal powder recovery rate and filtration speed.

2. Textile auxiliaries: When combined with other chemicals, it can be formulated into chemical sizing agents for textile sizing, enhancing adhesion, permeability, and desizing performance, providing antistatic properties, reducing sizing rate, loom breakage, and shedding.

3. Wastewater treatment: Particularly suitable for acidic wastewater systems. When used in combination with inorganic flocculants like polyaluminum, it delivers better results in water treatment.

4. Metallurgical mineral processing: Such as flotation and smelting of zinc, manganese, and copper ores. Adding polyacrylamide to leachate and residues can improve separation efficiency.

5. Sand fixation and prevention: Dissolve nonionic polyacrylamide to a 0.3% concentration, add a cross-linking agent, and spray on deserts to prevent and fix sand.

6. Chemical grouting agent.

7. Soil moisturizer.

IV. Usage Instructions

1. Typically, prepare a 0.1%-0.5% solution for use.

2. During dissolution, ensure uniform dispersion of the product; stirring aids in dissolution.

3. Avoid using dissolution tanks or pools made of materials like metal that may affect water quality.

4. Increasing water temperature can speed up dissolution, but generally, the water temperature should not exceed 50°C.

5. Dosage should be adjusted based on application conditions.

V. Packaging 25kg kraft paper bags, 25kg PE valve bags, 750kg ton bags, or customized packaging according to customer requirements.

VI. Storage Store in a ventilated, dry warehouse; protect from moisture, rain, and avoid exposure to air and direct sunlight.
