Cationic Polyacrylamide PAM

I. Product Characteristics

Cationic polyacrylamide is a water-soluble polymeric polyelectrolyte, non-toxic, odorless, hygroscopic, easily soluble in water, and insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol. This product features excellent molecular chain extension, elasticity, stable relative molecular weight, uniform charge distribution, rapid floc formation, fast separation, dense flocs, high strength, and good dewatering performance.

1. Sludge dewatering agent. Used in the sludge sedimentation and dewatering processes of urban sewage and meat, poultry, and food processing wastewater treatment. Cationic polyacrylamide treatment requires low dosage, offers high dewatering efficiency, and facilitates easy separation.

2. Treatment of sewage and organic wastewater This product exhibits cationic properties in both acidic and alkaline media, making it highly effective for flocculation and clarification of wastewater containing negatively charged suspended particles. Examples include alcohol wastewater, papermaking wastewater, distillery wastewater, sugar refinery wastewater, feed wastewater, textile printing and dyeing wastewater, etc.

3. Papermaking additive In the paper industry, it can be used as a dry strength agent, retention aid, and drainage aid. It is also effective in treating white water and demonstrates significant flocculation effects during the deinking process.

4. Water treatment flocculant for water plants using river water sources, especially when combined with inorganic flocculants for enhanced results.

IV. Usage Instructions

1. When used alone, it should be prepared as a dilute solution, typically at a concentration of 0.1-0.5% (based on solid content). Use neutral, low-hardness water for dissolution, free of suspended solids and inorganic salts.

2. For treating different sewage or sludge, select the appropriate product based on the treatment process and water quality. The dosage should be determined according to the concentration of the water being treated or the moisture content of the sludge.

3. Carefully choose the injection point and stirring speed to ensure uniform distribution of the polyacrylamide solution while avoiding floc breakage.

4. Equipment in contact with the solution should be made of stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass, or carbon steel coated with resin.

5. Use the prepared solution as soon as possible.

V. Packaging 25kg kraft paper bags, 25kg PE valve bags, 750kg ton bags, or customized packaging according to customer requirements.

VI. Storage Store in a ventilated, dry warehouse. Protect from moisture, rain, and avoid exposure to air and sunlight.
