Polypropylene fiber

Chongnuo polypropylene fiber is a mesh polypropylene fiber made from polypropylene raw material through special processing techniques. Its appearance is a mesh structure formed by multiple fiber monofilaments interconnected. Polypropylene fiber is a new type of concrete reinforcement fiber, known as the "secondary reinforcement" of concrete. The quality of concrete mixed with polypropylene fiber is improved, and its overall performance is enhanced.

The mechanism of polypropylene fiber: After adding polypropylene fiber to concrete, during the mixing process, the lateral connections between the fiber monofilaments are broken by the kneading and friction of the concrete itself, forming fully opened fiber monofilaments or mesh structures. This results in a large number of polypropylene monofilaments that can effectively control micro-cracks caused by factors such as plastic shrinkage, dry shrinkage, and temperature changes in concrete, preventing and inhibiting the formation and development of cracks, thereby achieving crack resistance.
