1. Detection Principle of Moisture Analyzer
Water exhibits strong absorption characteristics for infrared light at specific wavelengths. When materials are irradiated with infrared light at these specific wavelengths, the water contained in the materials absorbs part of the infrared energy. The higher the moisture content, the greater the absorption. Therefore, the moisture content of the material can be calculated by measuring the reduction in reflected light.
2. Introduction to XKCON Online Near-Infrared Moisture Analyzer
Our near-infrared moisture analyzer (XKCON-NIR-MA-FV) is developed based on near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology. It consists of a near-infrared moisture detection probe and a controller. It can be suspended and fixed above a conveyor belt to perform continuous, dynamic moisture content measurements on materials transported along the production line. It is an online, non-contact moisture analyzer.
