OCH1620 Omnipolar High-Frequency Low-Power Hall Switch Component
The OCH1620 omnipolar Hall effect sensor integrated circuit is manufactured using mixed-signal CMOS technology. It consists of two Hall plates and a CMOS output driver, primarily designed for battery-powered applications. The component integrates a Hall effect plate, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control circuit, signal amplification and filtering circuit, offset compensation circuit, Schmitt trigger, and complementary push-pull output. When the magnetic field strength exceeds the BOP trigger value, the component outputs a low level to turn off; when the magnetic field strength is below the BRP release value, the Hall component outputs a high level to turn on. The Hall sensor OCH1660 operates through periodic sleep and wake cycles to reduce the power consumption of the Hall IC. Hall magnetic control switch OCH1620 is available in two package types: SOT-23 and TO-92UA, suitable for lightweight, portable, battery-powered mobile devices. All packages comply with ROHS environmental standards.
