AR128 full-pole ultra-low power Hall switch, push-pull output, built-in pull-up resistor, high sensitivity.
The Hall element AR128 is a Hall IC designed and manufactured based on CMOS technology. The element integrates a Hall effect plate, voltage regulator, sleep-wake control circuit, signal amplification and filtering circuit, offset compensation circuit, Schmitt trigger, and complementary push-pull output. This IC adopts advanced chopper stabilization technology, enabling it to provide accurate and stable magnetic switching points. The internal controlled clock mechanism supplies a clock source for the Hall device and analog signal processing circuit. The Hall sensor AR128 achieves power reduction through periodic sleep and wake cycles. It detects ambient magnetic field strength during wake periods and maintains the last output state during sleep.
The Hall magnetic switch AR128 is available in SOT-23, TO-92S, and ultra-small, ultra-thin DFN packages, making it suitable for increasingly slim and lightweight portable mobile devices, such as small lithium battery-powered electronic products. All packages comply with RoHS environmental standards.
