VCS1385 Omnipolar Magnetoresistive Inductive Switch
VCS1385 is a highly integrated omnipolar magnetic switch sensor that incorporates an AMR magnetic sensor and high-precision CMOS processing circuitry within an ultra-compact package. The CMOS processing circuitry provides a precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation circuit and push-pull output, achieving an industrial-grade operating temperature range (Operating Temperature: -40°C to 125°C). It also offers a wide voltage operating range (2.0V to 5.5V) and ultra-low current consumption at the microampere level (1.5 μA), making it suitable for various battery-powered applications such as handheld devices.
Omnipolar magnetic switches eliminate the need to distinguish between the north and south poles of magnets, significantly simplifying installation and usage requirements. Leveraging the high-speed response characteristics of AMR, this switch combines high response frequency, low power consumption, compact size, and excellent temperature performance, making it an ideal choice for numerous low-power, high-performance applications.
VCS1385 is available in two package types: SOT23-3 and TO-92S.
