Properties and uses

The Foamless Soaping Agent TPD-102 is a special polymer composed of maleic acid-acrylic acid bonded with sulfonic acid groups and a compound with strong dispersing groups. It can be widely used in the soaping process of pure cotton and its blended products, replacing the traditional process of soaping with surfactants.

• The foamless soaping agent is used in the post-treatment soaping process during the dyeing process to improve the speed and thoroughness of removing unfixed dyes. This product is foamless.
• During the soaping process, only extremely slight foam is generated under agitation.

By utilizing the mechanisms of chelation, dispersion, suspension, and washing, it removes unfixed dyes, ensuring color fastness and making the color tone more pure and vivid.

The foamless soaping agent can effectively improve and ensure the fixation of dyes.

There are no adverse effects on the color tone after soaping with this product.

Usage

• The foamless soaping agent is used for the soaping of cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers, and blended fabrics after dyeing and printing.
• The general dosage is 0.5-2g/L. For dark colors, the dosage should be appropriately increased according to the experimental results.
