Properties and uses

EZF-905 High-temperature defoamer is a high-temperature defoamer produced by our company using imported raw materials and guided by foreign advanced technology. Its outstanding advantage is that it can be used stably under high-temperature conditions without affecting defoaming performance. This product is composed of a variety of organic compound synergists, polyethers and fatty alcohol ethers, etc. It can maintain a good defoaming effect at a lower concentration. Compared with ordinary silicone defoamers, this product is Good solubility, fast defoaming speed, good stability, easy to disperse in water, no floating, less dosage, long-lasting foam suppression.

1) This product can be used for wastewater distillation of negative pressure high temperature MVR evaporator, can withstand high temperature above 200℃, and will not affect the performance of the product due to demulsification or reaction with the system.

2) Suitable for various sewage treatment systems, such as: reverse osmosis landfill leachate, distillation landfill leachate, power plant leachate, municipal sewage, aerobic tank biochemical sewage, chemical sewage, various aeration tanks, various Membrane sewage treatment system, etc.

Usage

1) The high-temperature anti-foaming agent has excellent anti-foaming and anti-foaming properties. Generally, it can be added after dilution, or it can be added directly after the foam is generated or added to the system as a foam suppressing component;

2) According to different use systems, the amount of defoamer added is 10-500PPM, and the optimal amount is determined by the customer according to the specific circumstances.

Package and Storage

Normally In 25kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum can also be used as required.Storage for 24 months in room shady and dry place.
