Properties and uses

Boiler ash prevention synergist GL-070 is a new type of energy-saving and environmental protection agent developed on the basis of boiler fouling characteristics and boiler combustion ash removal synergism principle. The agent is mainly composed of oxidant, alkaline corrosion inhibitor, catalyst, etc. Composed of ingredients; the product can not only promote the full combustion of the fuel and prevent the fouling from adhering to the bottom of the boiler; it can also promote the conversion and decomposition of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide compounds; and can cause the old fouling to fall off and part of the heavy metals to solidify. Generally speaking, the performance is mainly achieved through the following process:

• The medicament produces oxygen when it decomposes at high temperature, which can promote the complete combustion of the fuel, and can also promote the complete combustion of the accumulated soot and carbon into a gas;
• Melted nitrate has the effect of removing hard dirt. Because it can form a low melting point eutectic with the hard deposits on the pipe wall, so that the hard ash becomes loose and easy to peel off the liquid product and fall off by itself;
• When the oxidant meets the carbon and sulfur in the fuel, it can instantly generate a large amount of gas and a micro-burst reaction. The generated gas shock wave can make the hard ash peel off;
• The role of the catalyst is to make the carbon-containing soot easy to oxidize and turn the dirt into a non-adhesive and non-adhesive inorganic salt that quickly falls off from the heated surface of the tube wall, furnace wall, etc.

Usage

Long-term maintenance consumption: Calculated according to ten ten thousandths of daily fuel consumption;

Normal ash removal dosage: When the thickness of the ash is within 1 mm, it is calculated according to 20/10,000 of the daily fuel consumption;

(The best use temperature is not less than 500℃).

Package and Storage

25kg inner liner polyethylene (PE) bag, outer plastic woven bag,or confirmed by clients.

Storage for 12 months in room shady and dry place.

Safety Protection

Weak alkaline, Avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
