Properties

▲ It does not condense with iron-aluminum oxides and silicon compounds to form insoluble substances, and can be used for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes and ultrafiltration membranes;

▲ Exlen antiscalant has good solubility and stability;

▲ The pH value of the water supply is effective within the range of 5-10.

Dosage Instructions

Calculate a suitable dosage concentration based on the water quality analysis report and system conditions. Generally, the dosage concentration of reverse osmosis membrane antiscalant is 2-6ppm, which is diluted 10 times with desalted water.

Usage

▲ Acidic antiscalant is added before the safety filter;

▲ Calibrate the actual output of the metering pump;

▲ When preparing the liquid, stir it thoroughly for 15-20 minutes;

▲ Clean the medicine adding box regularly to prevent bacterial growth.

Packaging and storage

1) Packed in plastic barrels, 25kg or 20kg/barrel;

2) Exlen scale inhibitor has stable physical and chemical properties and can be stored in a cool place for 2 years.
