Properties and uses

AK-610 Gray water scale inhibitor is a composite scale inhibitor with chelating and dispersing properties composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, and sulfonate copolymer, which can cause lattice distortion of scale-forming crystals and make the scale layer Loose or scattered in the water and washed away by the gray water to maintain the normal operation of the gray water pipeline.

AK-610 is a composite scale inhibitor screened for the high pH and high alkalinity of gray water in thermal power plants. Gray water scale inhibitor AK-610 is mainly used for scale inhibition of gray water and return water pipelines in thermal power plants.

Usage

Add AK-610 into plastic pool (or box) every day,

Dilute with water and continuously add into inlet of dosage pump or metering valve (outlet of collecting tank). Dosage of 3.0-10.0mg/L is preferred (according to quantity of makeup water).

Can be blended with other pretreatment formulations from EXLEN to reduce chemical dosing equipment.

Package and Storage

25kg net Plastic Drum, or as the customers' required.

Storage for 12 months in room shady.

Safety Protection

Weak acidity, Once contacted with eye and skin, flush with plenty of clean water
