1. Instrument Overview

Traditional crack detection methods can no longer meet the needs of the rapid development of roads due to problems such as personnel safety risks, low efficiency, inaccurate results, and traffic disruption. The FTLF series long-distance crack observation system adopts a high-precision optical system and industrial CCD imaging technology. Through long-distance non-contact image collection, it directly extracts the background subset from the original image, uses interpolation technology to obtain the crack background image, subtracts the background image from the original image according to the additive model to obtain the corrected result, and after grayscale correction, performs binarization processing on the disease image to extract disease information.

The FTLF series long-distance crack observation system adopts a high-precision optical imaging system and high-grade industrial CCD lens, truly realizing long-distance non-contact crack detection. It has accurate angle and distance detection capabilities that conventional non-contact crack detection cannot achieve, and truly realizes self-calibration and all-round detection at any angle.
