1. Product Introduction
The FTJC-2A type contact wire wear measuring instrument is developed by our company. It uses high-precision sensor probes to collect data (the remaining height of the contact wire after wear). The probe contacts each measuring point through an ultra-high voltage insulating rod, uses Zigbee technology for wireless data transmission, and the special ground receiving device synchronously displays the data and conducts professional analysis. At the same time, data can be saved via an SD card or a handheld computer. This instrument uses special software to statistically analyze the contact wire wear area data, can exchange data with a PC computer and print out standard report formats. This system currently leads among similar products in China.

The FTJC-2A type contact wire wear measuring instrument is an intelligent live measuring device for the wear of electrified railway contact wire conductors, developed by our company according to the detection requirements of electrified railway contact networks. This instrument is compact and portable, making it convenient to timely measure the wear of conductors at each anchor section joint, each positioning point and mid-span, so as to guide operators to conduct timely maintenance and analyze accident causes. It is a powerful tool for detecting the wear of electrified railway contact wire conductors.
Features:
1) It can intuitively, conveniently and quickly complete wear measurement automatically. The transmitting end (main unit, also called wear measuring terminal) has an exquisitely designed structure, adopts precision sensors and has high measurement accuracy.
2) It can directly digitally display the pillar number, the remaining cross-section height and the wear percentage. The receiving end (also called handheld data terminal) is compact in body and powerful in function, adopts the latest and popular Android operating system, has a generous and beautiful measurement interface, and can display measurement data in real time. The system adopts a large-screen true-color touch screen, and all function keys are clear at a glance, making it easy to operate.
3) It can conduct conductor wear detection with or without power. The high-voltage insulating operating rod can withstand a voltage of up to 110KV.
4) It has a data storage function, and can transmit the detected data to a computer for storage, curve analysis and report printing and other work. The receiving end (also called handheld data terminal) has a built-in database, which can conveniently save measurement data, query and delete data at any time, and automatically calculate the wear percentage according to the measured values.
