I. Overview
This system can be applied to dam deformation detection, railway monitoring, landslide monitoring, bridge monitoring, high-rise building monitoring, etc., making it an ideal system for automatic building deformation monitoring. Additionally, when equipped with a specialized measuring frame, this product can be used to measure the vertical and lateral irregularities of rails.
The host of the photoelectric image-based micro-deformation automatic monitoring system employs the photoelectric imaging method, consisting of a photoelectric target and an imaging measurement system. It analyzes the minor deformations of the measured target by interpreting the image formed by the photoelectric target fixed on the object on the photosensitive device.
It can not only measure the minor deformations of the target but also simultaneously monitor the target's vibration. It can provide the forced vibration frequency, natural frequency, and amplitude of the measured target, and through spectral analysis, parameters such as impact coefficient and power spectrum can be derived. The specific configuration of the system's hardware, software, and accessories, including quantity and model, can be tailored according to engineering needs.
This instrument facilitates remote monitoring for long-term applications, making it suitable for long-term monitoring and short-term observation in fields such as unmanned outdoor sites and areas where wiring is impractical. II. Working Principle for Deformation Monitoring
A specialized target is fixed onto the measurement object, causing the target to resonate with the object, converting vibrations into light source vibrations of a specific wavelength. The optical analysis system then resolves the light signal to a specialized high-precision industrial CCD. By detecting changes in the central coordinates of the target's image on the CCD, the longitudinal and lateral displacements of the measurement object under load and their time-response curves can be accurately measured. The system's K values (Kx, Ky), which represent the actual displacement per pixel on the CCD, can be calibrated before measurement.
