FTYB-3000BStrain Sensor
The FTYB-3000B digital dynamic and static strain sensor is used to measure the micro-strain generated in structures under static load conditions. It is a new type of strain sensor developed using magnetic induction position encoding technology. It does not require connection to secondary instruments and directly transmits the measured values digitally to a specially configured digital display or computer. Wired/wireless transmission distance can reach up to 1 km or further.
II. Product Application:
Dynamic and static strain measurement of surface strains in engineering structures (such as concrete and components) and civil engineering structures like bridges, slabs, columns, etc.
III. Product Advantages:
The strain sensor is used to measure micro-strains in steel or concrete structures. Within a 150 mm gauge length, we use all-steel materials, whose expansion coefficient is close to that of concrete, ensuring more accurate measurements.
IV. Product Features:
Equipped with a high-speed digital acquisition and storage chip, the dynamic frequency response ranges from 0 to 200 Hz, fully meeting the static and dynamic impact response requirements of large bridge structures. It also features high sensitivity, excellent linearity, stable performance, strong anti-interference capability, easy installation, suitability for long-term observation, and wired or wireless transmission distances of up to 1 km or further.
V.Working Principle:
Strain is measured by directly measuring the minute length changes within a specific gauge range (e.g., 150 mm gauge length). Therefore, this strain sensor functions as an electronic device for measuring微小位移 (its displacement resolution is 0.015 μm, equivalent to an electronic ten-thousandth gauge). The principle is similar to measuring length changes within a gauge range using a dial indicator.
