I. Instrument Overview:
The rail straightness measuring instrument uses non-contact laser sensors for measurement, capable of assessing smoothness in both vertical and horizontal directions. It is suitable for measuring the smoothness of rail weld repairs, joints, and insulated rail joints, and can also evaluate the wear on the vertical surface of the rail. During measurement, the overlapping method can be employed, allowing the measurement length for rail wear to exceed the device's own length. It is applicable for evaluating rail wear in both short-distance waveform ranges (0.03-0.3 meters) and long-distance waveform ranges (0.3-1 meter, 1-3 meters, 10 meters).
