The FTJC-2A Catenary Wear Measuring Instrument is developed by our company. It utilizes high-precision sensor probes to collect data (the residual height of the contact wire after wear). The probe contacts various measurement points through an ultra-high voltage insulating rod, employs Zigbee technology for wireless data transmission, and synchronously displays data on a dedicated ground receiving device for professional analysis. Data can also be saved using an SD card or a handheld computer. The instrument uses specialized software to statistically analyze the wear area data of the contact wire, allows data exchange via a PC, and can print reports in specified formats. The FTJC-2A Catenary Wear Measuring Instrument is an intelligent live-line measurement device for catenary wire wear in electrified railways, developed by our company to meet the detection needs of electrified railway catenary systems. The instrument is compact, portable, and facilitates timely measurement of wire wear at various anchor section joints, positioning points, and mid-span points. It guides maintenance personnel in timely repairs and accident analysis, making it a powerful tool for detecting catenary wire wear in electrified railways.
Features:
1) Enables intuitive, convenient, and quick automatic wear measurement. The transmitter (main unit, also known as the wear measurement terminal) is ingeniously designed with precision sensors for high measurement accuracy.
2) Directly displays pole number, residual cross-sectional height, and wear percentage digitally. The receiver (also known as the handheld data terminal) is compact and powerful, using the latest and popular Android operating system. The measurement interface is elegant and user-friendly, displaying real-time measurement data. The system features a large true-color touchscreen with clearly labeled function buttons for easy operation.
3) Allows live-line detection of wire wear. The high-voltage insulating operating rod can withstand voltages up to 110KV.
4) Includes data storage functionality, enabling the transfer of detected data to a computer for storage, curve analysis, and report printing. The receiver (also known as the handheld data terminal) has a built-in database for convenient saving, querying, and deletion of measurement data, and automatically calculates wear percentage based on measured values.
