Image recognition type sensor, the sensor belongs to a non-contact physical state analysis instrument. It mainly consists of two parts: image capturing component and image recognition computing component. Image capturing component: captures the physical state of an object at a certain frame rate and converts the image into sequential digital signals. Image recognition computing component: obtains digital image information from the image capturing component, identifies the real-time physical state of the object through computation, and sends the calculation results according to interface specifications.

The display screen is the software part of the lime soil compaction pile machine as a whole, mainly divided into three major sections: data acquisition, data computation, and data output. Data acquisition: collects data sent by image remote sensing; data computation: calculates and analyzes based on the acquired data, including: hammering count, hammering time, and related mobilization monitoring; data output: realizes real-time dynamic display of the analysis results from the data computation section: dynamic lists, dynamic charts, etc.
